Shipping Policy

All items are mailed via USPS. Orders placed by 12 noon CTS typically ship same day but allow up to 1-2 Business Days. During new releases or sales when order volumes are high than normal, please allow an additional 1-2 business days process time. Please allow for additional shipping time due to health & safety measures.  Domestic shipping only, while some packages get to most U.S. addresses 1 Day, it could take 2 days since our method is USPS. Also, keep in mind processing time. We also provide Local Pickup at our Flagship store. You will have the option to choose at checkout. Please note, we will have you sign for your package, which is good for people who may not be at home and do not have a large mailbox or management office to accept packages. It also secure delivery of package.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returned items should be unused and unworn and must be returned in original packaging with tags still attached and with any enclosed documentation.  We will email you once we received your return to issue a store credit for the amount you paid excluding the delivery charges.

Please note:

Goods only be accepted for return if they are returned within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise. Accessories and Sale Items are Final Sale Items and cannot be Returned unless faulty.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for that value of the goods. 

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

Please note we will refund an item if its faulty, after a thorough check of the item. Please allow 7 working days for all returns to be processed.
